Parallel Lines is a site-specific installation that consisted of painting two thick yellow lines where the curators allocated me to set up artwork in the gallery.
This intervention uses the existing structure and shape determined by the drywall. The painting of these lines reveals the "gallery's walls" particular characteristics and marks.
Drywall is a type of board made from plaster and wood pulp that most of the galleries set up for artists to exhibit pre-made artwork. In this case, I created this work onsite during the installation time.
